Thanks to my good friend, lyricist, songwriter and educator, Gary Rasberry, for sharing his poem This Girl Danced Spring with me. It was inspired by his beautiful daughter Zinta who was also a piano student of mine. My women’s choir She Sings! premiered it in 2008 in Kingston, Ontario.
